Placerville, CA – BloodSource Placerville is moving into its new donor center location on Saturday, November 21, 2015. The new address is: 4278 Golden Center Dr., Suite 110, Placerville, CA 95667.
“Since we are growing and continue to be more involved in the Placerville community, we are excited for this move,” said Jessica Fazio, BloodSource Placerville donor center manager. “Our new location will be more accessible for our donors, and we look forward to accommodating them in a larger donor center as they save lives.”
Residents who visit BloodSource Placerville to donate during November 21 through December 24, 2015 will receive a commemorative T-shirt featuring the iconic Bell Tower. Additionally, BloodSource will match each blood donation with a financial contribution to the Food Bank of El Dorado County (up to $500), enabling blood donors to pay their donation forward.
The new BloodSource Placerville location is larger than its previous location and will provide a comfortable environment for donors, along with new opportunities for donors to give blood components such as platelets or plasma. The walls inside the new location will feature local art by El Dorado County artist, Paul Cockrell.
